Love these leggings! (Also, the color combo of the Royal Plum with the Seafoam daydream sports bra is *chefs kiss* imo). Very high compression and stay in place. Definitely great for a workout, lounging, or errands.

These are the best workout leggings I've ever owned! They're super soft and the green color is really flattering. I was a Medium according to the size chart, but the Large ended up being a lot more comfortable and not too tight while still offering nice compression.

Great quality, color and fit! I wear between and size 2 and 4, and opted for a small. A bit snug at first and loosened beautifully as I wore them throughout the day.

These are so soft! They have the perfect amount of stretch. Even at 9 months pregnant I could wear my normal size, but they don’t feel like they’re going to fall off. Very happy with all of my RC apparel!

I have tried countless activewear brands, but the Royal Change leggings have officially set a new standard for my workout wardrobe. If you are looking for the perfect balance between compression and comfort, look no further. 1. The Fit & Waistband The first thing I noticed is the high-waisted design. It actually stays in place! It covers everything perfectly, providing that "held-in" feeling without being restrictive. Whether I’m doing high-intensity cardio or deep squats, I don’t find myself constantly pulling them up. 2. Coverage & "Squat-Proof" Status Coverage is a 10/10. The fabric is thick enough to be completely squat-proof and opaque, but breathable enough that I don't overheat. It smooths everything out and gives you a very flattering silhouette. 3. All-Day Comfort These are honestly some of the most comfortable leggings I’ve ever owned. The fabric feels like a second skin—buttery soft yet durable. I’ve worn them for intense training sessions and then kept them on for the rest of the day because they just feel that good.

I really love these leggings! I ended up replacing them with the XL because I wanted a looser, less compressive fit. I also got the blue color. I usually wear a medium or large.
Pants are compressive. Which I love. Perfect length, perfect color. The only improvements could be pockets!
