Refund/Exchange Policy - Return Policy

We offer free domestic exchanges within 30 days from when your order was fulfilled. Returns for a refund will be subject to shipping fees.

We do not offer INTERNATIONAL exchanges.

*Please include the order number or original packing slip with your item(s).

Items are inspected upon return and any of the following will not be accepted:
  • Washed or put through a dryer
  • Deodorant markings or other stains
  • Excessive wrinkling
  • Strong odors such as smoke, cologne, detergent
  • Excessive animal or human hair
Please note: 
  • If your item(s) came with tags, please keep them attached. Select items do not come with tags.
  • Water bottles, shakers, and mugs are final sale and are not eligible for returns/exchanges due to health and safety concerns. 

Sale Policy:
Items discounted 70% or more on the website are final sale and not eligible for return. This includes both returning items for an exchange or returning items for a refund.

Please note that your return must be sent back to us within the 30 days, but it does not have to reach us in the 30-day window.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns at this time. If you return an item, the original shipping cost is not refunded.

Return Processing:
  • Please allow our team 3-5 business days for your return to be inspected and processed once it is delivered to our facility.
  • For refunds, the returned item(s) cost will automatically be issued to the original method of payment used when placing the order with us. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to reflect on your account.
