Refund/Exchange Policy - Return Policy

We currently offer free domestic returns and/or exchanges within 30 days from when your order was fulfilled.

We do not offer INTERNATIONAL exchanges. To start an INTERNATIONAL return, please email: support@royalchange.fit

*Please include the order number or original packing slip with your item(s).

Items are inspected upon return and any of the following will not be accepted:

  • Washed or put through a dryer
  • Deodorant markings or other stains
  • Excessive wrinkling
  • Strong odors such as smoke, cologne, detergent
  • Excessive animal or human hair

Please note: 

  • If your item(s) came with tags, please keep them attached. Select items do not come with tags.
  • Water bottles, shakers, and mugs are final sale and are not eligible for returns/exchanges due to health and safety concerns. 


Sale Policy:
Items marked "Final Sale" during the time of purchase on the website are final sale and not eligible for return. This includes both returning items for an exchange or returning items for a refund.

Please note that your return must be sent back to us within the 30 days, but it does not have to reach us in the 30-day window.

If you return an item, the original shipping cost is not refunded, if there were any.

Return Processing:

  • Please allow our team 3-5 business days for your return to be inspected and processed once it is delivered to our facility.
  • For refunds, the returned item(s) cost will automatically be issued to the original method of payment used when placing the order with us. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to reflect on your account.
