The FIT345 LEVEL 2 program is going to challenge you with supersets, circuits, giant sets, combination moves, straight sets, and so many more options for advancing workout challenges. We will focus on resistance training, conditioning, and core challenges consistently throughout this program so you get the most out of each session. FIT345 LEVEL 2 is possible for everyone no matter what your fitness level is and the opportunity to level up is going to be the mission for every training session.
