3 - 2 - 1 - GO! The new year is an amazing time to set goals and put the actions in place to start seeing progress as soon as you can! To make sure we are setting ourselves up to be successful this year in our goals, we are going to kick off 2025 with the most epic sweaty workout series, GO! GO is a workout program that keeps you moving, sweating, and getting stronger and is designed for the active and busy individual who needs workouts in a time frame that fits in with their ever-changing life. With efficient AND effective workouts, the way you start 2025 is going to set the pace for your Spring goals, your Summer trips, and your most fit year yet! 

This program will be challenging in a way that makes you push yourself to show yourself what you’re capable of physically and mentally. In the same sentiment we will recognize how we can see progress and push our limits each week. With just 30 minutes a day, these strength and cardio workouts are designed to maximize your results in minimal time, leaving you time to keep up with your nutrition which is the biggest part of this journey. 

This 5-day-per-week program includes 3 brand new workouts posted on the channel at 5:00am ET on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and 2 additional linked workouts from our YouTube channel on Tuesday and Saturday that will be added to the GO playlist each Tuesday and Saturday by 5:00am ET. Each week we will have a full body, a lower body, an upper body, and two cardio and abs workouts with conditioning and mobility aspects peppered in throughout the program. The aim is to keep you strong, improve your fitness, and build your metabolism by working your powerful muscles throughout the week.
