The Summertime Fine V Program is a 90-day progressive training program geared towards helping you get in the best shape of your life, lose body fat, gain muscle, and feel incredible with confidence, a new lifestyle, and revived drive for your best life! You will experience improvements in your body composition through metabolically challenging workouts appropriate for all fitness levels. This calendar will give you information and links to all 90 days of workouts and stretches in the program. 

We will progress through 3 Tiers of programming with 5 workouts each week that range from 30-45 minutes long and will challenge you in different ways each month! 

Tier 1 workouts will focus on your core strength, your stabilization muscles, your muscular endurance, and your cardio endurance. You will see longer work periods and unilateral training to help lay the foundation for your body and your changes!

Tier 2 workouts will focus on strength and hypertrophy. We will use the endurance, core strength, and stabilization you developed in Tier 1 to move in a way that builds muscle and raises your metabolism! Grab your heavier weights and be ready to use progressive overload to see and feel your body composition and metabolism really turn up!

Tier 3 workouts will focus on the final shred! Utilizing all your training from Tiers 1 and 2, we will add intensity with strength and conditioning and a focus on powerful movements to display the final shred of your physical transformation throughout the program! This is the final step in your biggest changes so make sure you turn up the heat! 

Each workout will include a warm up and cool down so you get a complete workout experience in one video with your trainer. We will have a great amount of variety in the format of each workout with AMRAPS, circuits, bootcamps, tabatas, burnouts, builders, and HIIT formats. Within the workouts we will utilize straight sets, supersets, circuits, drop sets, isometric holds, plyometrics, speed and agility training, compound movements, muscle isolation exercises, and most importantly, progressive overload. 

In addition to your workouts, your stretch calendar is included which suggests a stretch video from the channel to accompany each workout. Make time in your day to actively work on your mobility with these stretches and actively work on your mobility by moving your body at least once an hour. Mobility is not only crucial to your health but also your muscle development and workout efficiency!
