Welcome to your new strength, core, and conditioning program, FIT345! If you’re looking for a program that finally addresses all the parts of your core, challenges you to push your strength, and improves your fitness with conditioning, this is YOUR PROGRAM!
The FIT345 program will provide you with 3-sections in every workout, 4 weeks of progressive training, and 5 workouts per week. We will focus on resistance training, conditioning, and core challenges consistently throughout this program so each workout will leave you feeling fit, moving well, and will help your body’s metabolism to boost your results!
The training intention for this program is to get stronger, and get in the best overall shape by addressing the main components of your fitness journey. So many of us want to work on our core strength and we all appreciate what strength training and conditioning work can do for our bodies and this program provides all of this in every workout. Your consistency is vital and the way we will break up the workout days per week will keep you engaged to make sure you see results!
As you complete each workout, remember that you’re always laying the foundation for the next level of your fitness journey. The progressive nature of the program mixed with the new formats, breakdowns, and training variables for FIT345 are going to show you how strong you are and how strong you can get!
