As the old saying goes, "You don't know how far you've come if you don't know where you started", once a month I have you do a beginning and ending physical assessment test and weekly I have you take multiple measurements so you can see how much you've progressed in your journey!

Since the challenge takes place within the Sydney Squad, you can officially join ANY TIME you would like! We are always running new challenges, bringing in outside specialists, going live, helping you stay accountable, giving educational LIVES, and much more so any time you feel like joining, you can! It’s never too soon or too late!

Never!!! You can join the Sydney Squad whenever you want, but the challenges will only live within the group during that challenge’s time frame! Starting the challenge late? No worries! We are always rocking new challenges within the group!!

We don’t prescribe or offer meal plans and when we tell people this they are shocked and always ask “why?”. Here’s why - every person all over the world will have different preferences, tastes, sensitivities, allergies, foods that are accessible to them, and cultural food differences. If my meal plan consisted of eating only olives for every meal and you hated olives then my meal plan would be useless to you; however, if you learned how to eat the things you like and how much of each type of food to eat then you’ll be on your way to a successful journey! I don't provide you with a cookie cutter meal plan, I provide nutrition education and help you understand how to eat for your goals for your life with the healthy foods that work for you!

The workouts will always be free and will still be on YouTube every single day! The challenge works in conjunction with the workouts - however, everything else will live within the Sydney Squad!

Of course!! We encourage you to bring as many as you possibly can! Not only does it help them out, but it gives you an extra accountability partner!! In order to join the Sydney Squad group, each person must have their own unique account so they can log in and get access to their materials. 

There is no contract and you can cancel at any time! You can manage your membership subscription in your Appstle account settings.
