The way that your body can benefit from this program if you show up consistently is going to shock you. When you train in a way that is intentional and inspired with purpose for your body, you learn how to truly appreciate your body for everything that it does for you, everything that it can do, and every bit of progress that comes from the unexpected methods of training. This challenge is a shift from our previous program but it is not a downgrade. It is a setup for progress and an upgrade for your strong recovering body.
The MOTION Program meets you where you are in your journey with every workout. Just finished going HARD in the last couple of months? This program rewards you with restorative workouts for your recovering body. Haven’t been consistent for a while in your fitness journey? There is no better place to start than this program to reconnect with what really matters in your workouts! Need to work on the way your body moves, stays strong, and recovers? This program is designed for you!
We will focus on range-of-motion, mobility, controlled tempos, low-impact conditioning, and core challenges consistently throughout this program so you get the most out of each session. MOTION is imperative for everyone no matter what your fitness level is and the way we are mobilizing and priming your body in this program will be a crucial step to maintaining the results you’ve already achieved while priming you for big changes in your next phase.
MOTION is not about stalling or downgrading. It is about continuing to see changes with workouts that remind you of the potential you have to see real progress while taking care of your mind, body, and lifestyle.
The training intention for this program is to refresh your body, move better, and get in better shape while taking your overall mind-body connection to the next level. Your consistency is vital and the way we will break up the workout days per week will keep you engaged to make sure you see results!
As you complete each workout, remember that every workout’s intention is not to make you feel like you can’t go on, and in this program you’re going to feel the focus on your body’s movements. This program isn’t about going to failure, it’s about improving the potential your body has by slowing it down and moving better while we restore our bodies. The progressive nature of the program mixed with the new formats, breakdowns, and training variables are going to show you how strong you are and how strong you can get!
