Things are going to get spicy in this program and as we push through supersets, drop sets, straight sets, and burnouts in the next 4 weeks, we’re going to keep it hot! This month you’ll train your body with strategic strength and hypertrophy techniques, applying progressive overload to get stronger, lift smarter, and develop lean muscle. Every workout is designed to help you push harder, move better, and see real results—both in the way you train and in the way you show up in life.

HEAT is designed for those who need effective workouts and want to not only challenge their strength but their training intensity too! With 5 workouts per week, you’ll be targeting each muscle group 2-3x per week to achieve adequate volume for definition and strength. Two of our weekly workouts are already up on the channel now and will be added to the HEAT playlist on Tuesday and Saturday mornings!
