These shorts are super comfortable and flattering. They don't roll up during workouts, even with lots of movement, and they passed the squat test with no transparency. The side pockets are a great addition and are actually very practical. I accidentally overlooked the sizing recommendation to size up. Even so, the L still fits me well—it just feels a little more compressive than I expected. If you're between sizes, I'd definitely recommend following the brand's advice and sizing up. Measurements: Height: 175 cm (5'9"), Waist: 70 cm (27.6 in), Hips: 105 cm (41.3 in).

The shorts are a perfect length and most importantly don’t ride up. The pockets are great for holding your phone on a run. I’m 5’2” and 123 pounds and the size small feels a little tight when putting them on but once on they are very comfortable.

I am feeling so strong and being able to wear my new royal change apparel made me feel even more confident as I completed my workout for STF Tier 3! Thank you and I love how comfortable both pieces were.
This is my second pair of shorts from Royal change. I love how supportive they are comfortable and I love the pockets on the side. The colors are great and they hold up really nice. I do size up from a medium that I usually wear to a large. Absolutely love the apparel and will continue to buy more pieces.

I love the bold colors together! It is so different than what I have been purchasing in the past. I love the fit and comfort of both the matching top and shorts. Great for running with your phone or doing Sydney’s workouts. Totally recommend!
These shorts fit amazing. They are super soft and comfy. Not as stretchy as I thought they would be, so I would recommend sizing up because there isn't a lot of give in the fabric. I typically wear a size medium if material is stretchy and a large is it isn't, so iI had to order a size large in these and they fit perfect.

I've loved every purchase from Royal Change for the feel and fit. My only suggestion would to maybe use less packaging or recyclable if possible? It looks really nice, though!

I am 5'5" & 142 lbs, I originally got a size medium and it was a bit too tight so I exchanged it for a size large and it is a perfect pit! These shorts feel super soft and they fit just perfectly around my legs and waist. The material is a little thicker too which I like. These are a must own!
