This is your workout and stretch calendar for our August 2022 HIIT Training program! This month we are focusing on maintaining our strength and adding abs and cardio in to your workouts a couple times per week. Your goal is to maximizing your effort each workout to make sure you get the most out of this month for your strength, your core, and your overall fitness!
This calendar will tell you every workout and workout duration for the month of August 2022 which will allow you to plan ahead knowing how long your workout will be for each day, if you need equipment, and what the focus of each workout will be!
Because I am on maternity leave, I will be utilizing previously uploaded workouts for this program, strategically organized in a way I would train you if I came to you in person! It is important that you are subscribed to the channel so you can see the workouts *added to the August 2022 Workouts Playlist* each day. They will NOT appear on my channel as a new upload! This is beneficial as you will have the flexibility this month to look ahead at your calendar and know what’s coming to make it work for your lifestyle!
You will notice that we have combined your workout calendar and your stretch calendar. Every day you will see a stretch button with a stretch icon below the workout title. You can click that specific stretch button and it will take you to a stretch I have linked for you to correlate with the workout that day. There is also a printer friendly version of the calendar if you wish to print in just black and white.
Print off a copy of the schedule, cross the workouts off as you complete them, and stay motivated to complete the whole month with me! Your new workouts will be added to the August 2022 Workouts playlist on the YouTube channel if you miss a workout!
