Royal Change is not responsible for items lost in transit, damaged, missing, and/or stolen from property. If items are lost, damaged, missing, and/or stolen from your property, please file a claim with your delivery service provider.

Royal Change also does not have the ability to manage how and/or where the delivery service leaves your packages - this is a matter you need to consult with your delivery service provider.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES):
We currently ship DDU (delivered duties unpaid), so if you place an order for delivery, you will be responsible for paying any applicable VAT and duty charges on your order’s arrival, if charged, along with any other applicable fees.
